Con esto, evitamos tener posibles fugas que posteriormente generen daños al condominio, a otros condóminos o a usted mismo. 

Please help us by giving notice when your apartment is empty so we can close the water and gas valves. 
With this, we avoid having possible leaks that later generate damage to the condominium, other owners or yourself.

DEFIBRILLATOR:
Available and easy to use, located in Tower B, where the Virgin and restrooms are. Call 911 before anything else, and listen for instructions. Instructions to read available here

EMERGENCIES - Please notify Security by the INTER PHONE,  it is located next to the kitchen cabinets. 
 
SECURITY - Residents should take all necessary precautions to avoid theft from their apartment.  Doors and gates should be kept closed and they should be locked when you leave. 
 
POOL - The pool is heated from November 15 to April 15.  Pool hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
 
GYM - Please respect the equipment. Equipment Maintenance is performed quarterly.  Gym hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.  
 
PETS - Pets must always be on a leash when outside your apartment, they are not allowed on the front lawn or in the pool.  Pets are not allowed to remain in the pool area.
 
FUMIGATION - Occurs monthly using environmentally friendly products. 
 
TERMITES - We live in paradise with a wonderful climate year round. We love it and so do various varieties of termites.  Administration has a fumigation program to control subterranean varieties, this fumigation covers the perimeter of our three buildings and is done annually. We can control termites but not eliminate them. Please be aware that the horizontal windows facing the hallway may have a wood frame. This frame could be a source of termite infestation and should be checked.
 
If a unit becomes infected it is the responsibility of the owner to address the issue. Infestation can occur from many different sources. 
 
We encourage owners that see evidence of termite damage to fumigate.  We also encourage owners to fumigate as a preventive measure.
 
WINDOWS - Windows are cleaned twice a year, usually in May and November. 
 
ELEVATORS - Maintenance is performed monthly.
 
DELIVERY OF PACKAGES - Residents will be notified of the delivery and must go to the lobby to receive them.  If the delivery person needs to go to the unit the resident is to accompany the delivery person.
 
TRASH COLLECTION - Trash is collected daily after 11:00 PM, trash should be in a heavy plastic bag with no liquids and placed outside your entrance door. Please separate glass, plastic and aluminum, all should be placed in separate bags.
Please do not place broken glass in the trash bag, it can cause serious injury to our workers.
